Our demonstration will give a glimpse into the dynamic throws, ground techniques, and safety practices that make judo such an engaging and rewarding martial art. Whether you're a seasoned judoka or completely new to the sport, it's a great opportunity to see what we're all about in a friendly, family-oriented environment.

We'll also have coaches and club members on hand at our stall throughout the day to answer questions, talk about our classes, and help you find the right session if you're interested in giving judo a try. Kids, teens, and adults are all welcome – it's never too late to get involved!
